8th May - Coronation Celebration

It was grey. It was muddy (think Glastonbury!). Thankfully, the rain held off for the whole afternoon and we had a great day at the Coronation Celebration
in the Whitworth Park. Lots of children with Mums and Dads and Grandparents played on the 'Chill and Chat with Coffee' mat with Diana (she’s still getting the mud off her jeans and coat!) or did colouring in with Jayne or Dea.

The crowning glory was Roz’s crown! Lots of photos were taken with folk standing next to it.  Alas, they couldn’t try it on but it was greatly admired.
